Payroll Assistant - Leicester, United Kingdom - Reed Accountancy
Description
Reed Accountancy are seeking PART TIME PAYROLLES for our client based in Leicester.This is a newly created position due to company growth.
Working within a small accounts department your main responsibilities will include but not exhaustive to:
- Managing weekly payrolls of up to 50 employees
- Assist with End of Year returns (P60, P35's etc)
- Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
- Administer monthly & End of Year Pension calculations with submissions to Pension providers.
- Maintain up to date Overtime / Absence / Holiday records for all employees.
- Submission to HMRC gateway and logging onto Company PAYE to retrieve latest Tax Code changes.
- Submit and liaise with HM Revenue & Customs (EPS, FPS etc.)
- Administer the setup of new employees and leavers.
- Action statement of earnings, loans, advances etc
- Payroll Journals
You will have excellent numerical and communications skills and ability to work to payroll deadlines and have payroll experience in either SAGE Payroll or XREO Payroll.
