Job description- The postholder will be a highly productive, ambitious and collaborative member of the research team assisting in the development of research proposals and the planning and delivery of the research activity specifically involving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Neurofeedback (TMS-NF) and Brain Computer Interfaces (BCI) for stroke rehabilitation and functional neurological disorder.- The post is a critical role, and as such, successful applicants will have responsibilities in independent research, supervision, planning, day to day lab management, collaborations, and outreach.- Have, or be about to obtain a PhD in Psychology on a topic related to neural control of movement.

  • Recent, relevant research experience to include:
  • Evidence of undertaking research in brain stimulation and neural control of movement.
  • A proven track record of using Matlab and R to carry out analyses, critical evaluations, and interpretations of experimental data.
  • Working effectively as part of a research team in the development and promotion of the research theme.
  • Publication/dissemination record commensurate with stage of career.
