£10.86 PER HOUR

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment dealing with different HR issues? We have an opportunity to join our Bluewater Store as part of our People & Culture Team.

As a People & Culture Supervisor, you'll be working in a team to provide administrative and advisory support across all elements of HR.

High levels of computer literacy are essential and proficiency with Microsoft computer packages (including EXCEL).

As a key member of the team, your positivity and resilience will empower others and show a determination to achieve results so you'll need to be an excellent organiser and be able to inspire, motivate, lead and coach.

As a retailer that trades 7 days per week, we'll be looking for flexibility in when you can work. Our rotas are based on working 5 days out of 7, so there will be regular weekend working.
