Professional Exam Invigilator Job Description

Position:
Exam Invigilator


Location:
Birmingham


Salary:
£ £18.94 per hour (including holiday pay)


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:


  • Maintaining Examination Integrity: Ensure the integrity of the examination process by strictly adhering to assessment protocols and guidelines.

Paper Management: Efficiently distribute and collect examination papers.

Oral Assessments: Oversee the commencement and progress of oral assessments.


Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively.

Strong Verbal Communication: Confident and articulate verbal communication skills.

Team Collaboration:Capacity to work cohesively within a team environment.

IT Proficiency: Competency in basic IT skills.

Eligibility to Work in the UK:Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended hours and weekends when required.

Desirable but not Essential:Prior exam invigilation experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
