Sales Support Administrator

Mon-Fri

Full time permanent role - office based. Possibility of working one day per week from home once training completed.

Haywards Heath


Salary:
£22000 per year plus very good benefits. Free parking available on site. Office close to Haywards Heath station area.


We are delighted to be assisting our professional, reputable and very friendly financial services based client as they seek to recruit an additional administrator to assist within the sales department.

This role is an admin support role and not a sales role.

The role / company:
Working for a specialist financial services company. We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join their innovative and friendly company.


Responsibilities and duties:

Producing new business quotations

To be confident in using the product and quote system

Follow new business processes efficiently

Ensure new business reporting procedures are maintained

Provide top quality support to brokers / distributors / partners / clients

Learn the products and assist confidently with product related questions

Supporting the Business Development Manager on new initiatives and general admin


Skills, experience and competencies required:

Previous insurance company experience helpful but not essential

Must be well motivated

High level of attention to detail is essential

Good computer skills

Very good numerical and communication skills

Great customer service skills

Confident & professional telephone manner

Confident at building rapport with partners and clients
