Customer Service Executive - £22k - £24k per annum - Leamington

We have a Customer Service Executiveavailable. Working hours are 8am to 5pm with the hybrid option to work from home twice a week.

Working within a small team for a manufacturing business you will be expected to carry out the following duties.

Customer Service Executive duties

  • Calling customers back with information they have requested,
  • Administration tasks,
  • Order processing and data entry
  • Placing orders for spare parts.
  • Forwarding website to enquiries to internal staff.
