A top 100 UK Law Firm with offices throughout the South East including London and with widespread recognition in the Legal 500 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their specialist team of PrivateWealth lawyers based in their Southampton office at Associate level.

You will be required to manage your own caseload work which will include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust, Administration of Estates, succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning, creation, administrationand winding up of trusts for their wealthy and sophisticated clients.

Alongside this and reflective of the seniority of the role you will assist team fee earners to fulfil their caseloads and support the coachin and mentoring of support staff.

The successfulcandidate is likely to be:
