Description

One of our key clients, a L/S equity market neutral hedge fund platform, are seeking to add a senior and strategic technology professional to the leadership team.

This role sits at the Head of Technology, working closely with the CTO and reporting to theCOO.

This individual will have a strong background in technology, and experience working within an asset manager or hedge fund and therefore have a clear understanding of use of technology within an investment management context.

You will be responsible formanaging a team of around 9 developers working on developing the hedge fund platform/system.

A strong background in hedge fund/asset management technology
Experience managing a team of technologists/developers
Demonstrable project management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Current knowledge of platform systems architecture including 3rd part OMS/EMS systems
