Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location - Hersham or Crewe
Salary -£35,000-£36,000 PA
Duration - 12 months contract
Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday Hybrid working
Summary of a Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role you will manage the day-to-day fulfilment of all vacancies in the region across Engineering, Technical and Corporate functions, guiding stakeholders in areas such as diversity and talent attraction.

Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage all tasks related to the recruitment process: briefing profiles with managers, posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting interviews, develop new evaluation techniques, making job offers and compensation recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employer branding
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain solid working relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers and external providers)
  • Aim to achieve recruitment metrics and KPI's including time to accept, agency hire ratios, customer satisfaction and cost per hire
  • Keep up to date with recruitment trends and understand the local markets in the UK, Ireland, and some European regions
  • Monitor and review internal processes and legislation
  • Promote our client as an Employer of Choice throughout all stages of the recruitment process
Key competencies of a Sales Representative

  • Full cycle recruiting experience (inhouse or agency)
  • Ability to successfully prioritise and manage a high volume of requisitions
  • Strong customer service mindset, yet possess the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Positive attitude, optimistically takes on responsibilities to successful conclusion
  • Strong influencing skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English; an additional language, such as Polish or Czech or Hungarian would be beneficial
