NEW POSITION:
We are recruiting for a niche, specialist freight forwarder based locally to Hayes they are seeking a shift Transport Operations coordinator to join there 24/7 freight operations will be responsible for the smooth running of transportation.
Duties will include:
- Airport shed knowledge Import collections and Export deliveries
- Dispatching and Briefing drivers
- Ensuring drivers complete daily vehicle checks, PODS and general admin
- Ensuring all documents are completed and correct with each consignment
- Assisting with customers / Airlines / Gateway and drivers
Experience/ Skills needed:
- Previous freight forwarding / Cargo experience
- C/O Trained ideally
- PC literate
- Good customer service skills
Working hours:
- 4 on Nights and 4 on 4 off Days rotational
