Job description

Our Cleaning Services Operatives provide customers living in low-rise properties and sheltered schemes with a first class cleaning service within the internal communal areas.

Our Cleaning Services Operatives 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and are responsible for the upkeep of defined blocks and schemes in relation to cleaning services.

The role:

What I'll be doing*
Cleaning multiple Sheltered Schemes once a day
Cleaning multiple Low Rise Blocks once a week
Your duties would include Mopping, Hoovering, sweeping wiping down sills, cleaning windows, handrails, dusting, cleaning bin rooms etc
Using an app on your mobile to record your daily tasks and health & safety checks.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of cleaning and caretaking techniques, and someone who is passionate and has experience of delivering an outstanding level of service. You should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and working to ensure your work is completed to a high standard and thrive on a varied workload.
We are looking to recruit ambitious and driven people to join our Environmental Services Team. We are looking for people with a proven track record and experience to join our cleaning services team.
All our Cleaning Services Operatives must hold a full, UK driving licence.
