World leading manufacturer based in Solihull are recruiting for an Export Customer Service to join their growing busy department dealing with International Customers providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive customer service and Sales communications
- Process orders
- Produce all necessary export documentation ready for export (essential)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Attend and represent the company at exhibitions
- Complaint Handling
- Supporting the UK customer service team
- Any other requirements to meet the needs of the business**
Skills and Experience Required: - Export and Logistics knowledge including International documentation and legal requirements
- Excellent proven Customer Service experience
- Proven track record of upselling
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Working to targets
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Additional language skills would be an advantage
- Flexibility potential to travel internationally**
