£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (Permanent):


Plymouth, Devon:

Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an Associate Building Surveyor in Plymouth to join this multi-discipline consultancy.


This company are a small practice, with a head count of between 10 and 15 working across multiple disciplines to deliver professional services largely in the Commercial, Residential and Heritage sectors.


They are currently looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience who is ambitious to take on this challenge of driving their Plymouth office forward.

With the office now being sparsely used without a real leader, they are looking for an experience Surveyor to take the reigns and build this office up.


Requirements:


  • MRICS / AssocRICS Qualified with 5+ years Post Qualification experience
  • Ability to undertake Business Development
  • Previous experience in consultancy setting with a mix of Project and Professional bias Building Surveying
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of managing teams
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a proactive manner
