About the Role:

Walton Medical Centre are looking for an individual to work in a team environment undertaking processing patient prescription requests. The hours for this role are flexible and they will consider both full and part hours.


Main tasks will include:

  • Process repeat prescription requests to a high standard with care and attention to detail
  • Assist patients and staff with prescription related queries.
  • Liaise with GPs, practice staff, pharmacists and secondary care colleagues as well as having direct contact with patients and carers. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
