About the Role:

Walton Medical Centre are looking for an individual to work in a team environment undertaking processing patient prescription requests. The hours for this role are flexible and they will consider both full and part hours.

Main tasks will include:

Process repeat prescription requests to a high standard with care and attention to detail
Assist patients and staff with prescription related queries.
Liaise with GPs, practice staff, pharmacists and secondary care colleagues as well as having direct contact with patients and carers. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone

About Us:

Walton Medical Centre, Colne Medical Centre & Wivenhoe Medical Centre

You will be joining an enthusiastic team of clinicians and administrators. You will be well supported with on-going professional development (training support, CPD and peer support). The role will contribute to the improving quality of care of our patients across the network of practices.
