Established recruitment company based in Winchester are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to complement their growing team. No experience is necessary, but aptitude, attitude and a desire to succeed and progress are paramount.

The team culture is thecornerstone of our clients success and they are keen to recruit an intelligent and driven individual who will enjoy working hard to achieve a goal whilst having fun along the way.

If you have previous experience in sales, account management, customer serviceor working in a target driven environment, this will stand you in good stead for this role.

Drinks on a Friday night after work is a regular thing however, if you're after a corporate environment, this is not the role for you.

The main points of the role are:

  • Undertake extensive business development, relationship building and negotiation as well as managing the entire 360 degree recruitment cycle.
