Grade 7 - £25,244 - £27,585


Contract:
Permanent, 37 hrs per week - Must have regular flexibility to work outside of normal office hours in support of breakfast and evening events/meetings where required

About the role:

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective assistance to the Executive Team and wider SLT.

This will include acting as the first point of contact for the Principal and Chief Executive, coordinating key internal and external meetings, being responsible for the monitoring and tracking of budgets held by the Principal and Chief Executive and preparing timely reports and papers for meetings.


You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.


You must have regular flexibility to work outside of normal office hours in support of breakfast and evening events/meetings where required.
