We are currently seeking a Compensations & Benefits Officer for the UK HR Department on a maternity cover contract for 14 months.
Responsibilities:
Payroll & Systems Oversee and process the HRIS and two monthly payrolls, Christian Dior UK & Christian Dior Ireland - Collate accurate information from the stores and HR team; starters, leavers and changes.
- Calculate monthly store commission, store to web sales and incentives for payroll submission. - Oversee all payroll runs with the outsourced payroll providers and process the monthly BACS payments. - Complete all reporting for Finance, Paris Headquarters and Government gateway: - General Ledger reports- Pension
Benefits Oversee the supplier relations, processing and adminstration of UK and Ireland benefits:
- Healthcare

- Luncheon Vouchers
- Maternity
- Travel loans, Years of service reward, Cycle Scheme & Dior Club
- Holiday & Sickness allocations Reporting Process the Paris, HR and Business reports:
- Paris monthly reporting
- HR Dashboard
- LVMH Talent organisational and employee data
- Annual Reporting
- Monthly reporting: Pension, Headcount/FTE, staff Turnover, Holidays, Sickness Work in conjunction with the HR director on budgets and business analysis. Support in other requirements and projects for the UK HR department and attend the UK LVMH Compensation & Benefits quarterly meetings. Answer employee queries relating to C&B.
Profile:
Experience Required:
Essential - Strong proven Compensation & Benefits experience. - UK & Ireland PAYE experience & knowledge. - Proficient with Excel, pivot tables and vlookup/xlookup. - Must be capable to handle lots of data via excel spreadsheets. - Strong Analytical and IT skills for data reports - Attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator - UK Payroll legislation and payroll accounting - Must be able to connect between HR/Finance - Demonstration of own initiative - Smart appearance that represents the image of the Company - Appreciation for the luxury goods market Desirable - Experience within the luxury goods market.
