What does a Digital Marketer at the NPP Group do?


You'll have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

You'll be tech savvy, highly motivated and have a proven track record in a fast paced Digital Marketing role.

You'll develop digital marketing to increase leads and website performance by providing creative solutions.

You will make suggestions on adjusting marketing campaigns as needed in response to collected data and other feedback; monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on marketing activity and results.

You'll have a strong background in generating successful Meta lead ad campaigns, SEO and inbound marketing.

You'll work within the marketing team alongside our Social Media Manager and Videographer, and closely with our CEO to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

The role is office-based in our Head Office in Leeds. You will nurture excellent working relationships with all departments in the business, particularly Sales. As well as external parties such as suppliers and contractors. The role will suit you if you have the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Support the design and development of our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and OKRs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other third parties
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

About you

  • Proven track record in a digital marketing role
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and incite action
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
