**Customer Support Administrator, Didcot
- £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience**
Fully office based


Are you looking for role where you can use your communication and empathy skills? Do you have a calm demeanor? If so, my client is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their small team.


As the Customer Support Administrator, you will:

  • Having a background in sending out estimates would be desirable
  • Have a head for figures/ numbers
  • Support the wider team to achieve completion of projects as per the completion date and customer needs
  • Investigate & understand customer jobrelated queries and discuss with the appropriate department to achieve a resolution
  • Provide support throughout the whole customer experience
  • Support with Logistical operations: arranging deliveries and collections
  • Liaise with internal operational departments to ensure smooth project management
  • Prioritise and organise your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to
  • Update and amend documents as necessary
  • Undertake any adhoc administrative tasks from all areas of the business
  • Update the customer database

Skills:


  • Giving good customer service at the forefront of your mind at all times
  • Previous office based customer service experience required
  • A head for numbers
  • Basic IT skills as a minimum
  • Quick to learn
  • Multi task and being able to prioritise
  • Calm
  • Empathetic
  • Strong attention to detail
