£10.50/ hour

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS of a Packer:
The job is working in a chilled environment packing bags of salad. Previous packing experience ideal but training will be given.

A good level of English written and verbal is required as the job involves completing daily paperwork for packed items.

You willneed to have the ability to work as part of a team and also on your own.

You will need to have a reasonable level of fitness as you will be on your feet for the majority of the shift.

The environment is fast paced.

You will be working in a chilled food manufacturing environment and duties include the following:

  • Packing products on a production line
  • Moving products around the shop floor
  • Line feeding
  • Basic quality checks
  • General housekeeping
  • Any other duties as required
  • Working Day shift 4 on 4 off plus optional Overtime/Additional shifts
  • Full training provided
  • Completing daily paperwork
  • Reporting to a team leader
