The Supply Room works with multiple SEN schools across Bournemouth and Poole and are actively recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants.

If you have professional experience with children or vulnerable adults, this is your chance to embark on an inspiring journey in the field of special education.


We are looking for individuals who can start a role immediately and are committed to a long-term career in this field of work.


As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will be diverse and impactful


You'll:


  • Empower students to reach their full potential.
  • Provide individualised support.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, welcoming, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Foster a love for learning by encouraging active participation.
  • Work closely with dedicated professionals in the school.
  • Keep accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
We welcome individuals with professional experience in sectors that naturally translate to special education.

These sectors include but are not limited to:

  • Childcare
  • Healthcare
  • Youth Leadership (e.g., Guide Leaders, Camp Leaders)
  • Outdoor and activity groups
  • Psychology
  • Social Work
  • Working with vulnerable adults
