Our client based in CV6 is on the lookout for a new enthusiastic team member to join a growing team You will be supporting the team by covering new customer implementation and operational projects


Please note that Interviews will be carried out the week commencing the 5th of December, closing date for the role is the 9th of December

Aims of Position

  • To support the service delivery of projects and new customer implementations.
  • To provide exceptional support to new ByBox customers and the operational departments, throughout the project implementation process.
  • Support new customer implementation from sales to planning, creating, and implementing of internal operations and processes.
  • Engaging with thirdparty partners and suppliers, to ensure the most efficient and effective solutions.
  • Monitoring the operational process once live and checking for scope creep and finally transitioning to BAU.
  • To assist in the coordination of projects on behalf of internal customers.

Specific Responsibilities

  • To support all new customer implementations and operational projects.
  • To manage the new customer implementations.
  • Planning, creating, and implementing robust internal operational processes and partnerships with thirdparty suppliers and partners.
  • To provide effective training and support for operational teams for new customers and their bespoke processes.
  • Production of internal and customer management information.
  • To ensure that all new customer SLAs are adhered to, from project phases to go live operational SLAs
  • To be an integral part of business growth across all ByBox service offerings.
  • Check/oversee the completion of administrative routines that are crucial to the smooth running of the operation.
  • To introduce and maintain best practices in all areas of the customer implementation process.
  • Undertake any administrative routines associated with customer accounts as necessary.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as laid out by ByBox.
  • Undertake other tasks as reasonably directed from time to time.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.

Essential:


  • Experienced dealing directly with customers within a B2B environment, either facetoface or telephonebased
  • Excellent level of technical understanding of their current business area, with a robust understanding of ByBox services andsolutions
  • To demonstrate the use of own initiativerecommendending improvements
  • Able to handle difficult customers and take ownership of problems until they are resolved
  • Experience of working within a problemsolving environment
  • To be able to demonstrate excellent problemsolving skills and decisionmaking ability

Desirable:

  • MS Project experience PRINCE2 Foundation Driving license and own transport
