We have an exciting opportunity in the School of East Asian Studies for someone looking to use their skills in customer service to make an impact on and enhance the student experience.
As a Student Experience Assistant, you will be a key team player in the energetic School of East Asian Studies' Learning and Teaching Team, at the forefront of delivering high quality student focused administrative support throughout the student lifecycle; from enrolment on programmes to releasing final results.
As this is a customer-facing role the expectation is that the working pattern reflects the need of the core business hours of the School.
