On site Concierge for high-end property development with 284 units spread over three blocks - including a residents' gymnasium at Hanwell, London, W7.


Job Purpose:


To create a positive first impression, being of tidy personal appearance, wearing business attire and identification badge, provide exceptional levels of customer service that will meet the needs and expectations of residents.


Job Duties:


  • Meet, greet, and assist residents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • To always maintain a clean and tidy appearance of Concierge reception area.
  • Use the latest technology to streamline administration, allowing more time with residents.
  • To anticipate, meet and exceed residents' queries / requests through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Coordinate the day to day running of the building liaising with residents and Estate Property Manager to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain standards of dress, attendance, punctuality, reliability, and customer service, taking any necessary actions to achieve the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Inspect daily the Cleaning Services in communal areas are to the correct standard.
  • Inspect daily all internal and external areas, reporting any defects, security, complaints, or health & safety concerns to Estate Property Manager.
  • Manage and organise postal / courier deliveries on behalf of residents / estate and ensuring all items are recorded, stored safely and ready for collection.
  • Manage and have responsibility for issuing / recording fobs / keys to correct personnel and checking appropriate authorisation / disclaimers are in place.
  • Manage and have responsibility for issuing / recording gymnasium fobs keys to authorised residents.
  • Manage and have responsibility for identifying and reporting any faulty gymnasium equipment.
  • Manage and liaise with contractors, signing them in / out, issuing visitor badges, and communicating with residents / estate.
  • Managing parking permits to car park users and allowing contractors access / egress to dedicated spaces provided.
  • Conduct Hand Over / Take Over to / from night security staff, log, and action any issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with contracts manager, senior managers, and the client to improve service delivered to residents of all tenures.

Skills:


Previous Concierge experience, preferably within luxury residential developments, effective organisational skills, proactive and enthusiastic, ability to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, innovative, strong judgement and decision-making skills, IT literate, comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 7 am to 7 pm
