We are seeking a versatile and organised Business Support Administrator to join our dedicated team, based in Ancoats, Manchester.As a crucial part of our organisation, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of tasks and responsibilities to facilitate the seamless running of our everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic IT Management
- Supply basic technical support to Residential Support Workers.
- Aid asset management and the procurement process.
- Conduct digital financial transactions and approvals.
- Administer digital wallets and card orders.
- Guarantee timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.
- Contribute to routine bookkeeping activities using Xero.
- Pursue completion of necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with service providers for optimal office upkeep.
- Foster and maintain a healthy and conducive office environment.
- Handle office supplies and manage mail and parcel collection.
While previous experience in a related role is a plus, we encourage all interested individuals, regardless of experience level, to apply.
Salary:
£26,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
