Are you looking to start a career in administration? We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an office administration apprentice at our client's office in London.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in administration.

This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled administrator whilst gaining valuable experience in the sector.


Apprenticeship:
Business Administrator Level 3


Working hours:32.5 hours per week / 9am-4pm Monday to Friday


Start date:

ASAP

Pay:
£14,365 per annum


Location:
London W1H 1DP

About the company:


Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post of our clients.
  • Maintaining the relevant data bases
  • Charging clients for their service
  • Reception Duties

Requirements:


  • Strong interest in a career in administration
  • Effective and confident communicator
  • Highly motivated
  • Enthusiastic in nature
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • IT Skills

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:


  • To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
  • To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
