The role

We are currently recruiting for a Day Care Team Leader to join our team - working at 35 hours per week at the rate of £13.96 per hour / £26,206.

99 per annum

What does it mean to be a Care Team Leader?

Managing / Supporting your Care team through rotas, compliance, and performance reviews.
Ensuring resident safety through medication, incident reports / escalations, Anchor compliance and CQC fundamental standards.
Working closely with the Management Team to ensure a smooth running of the home.

Confident shift leaders / people managers
Knowledgeable around CQC standards and Safeguarding
Commitment to ensuring a high quality of care.
Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards.
