We are currently seeking Early Years Practitioners, for our Pied Piper Day Nursery.

Children's development needs and individual learning styles

The importance of supporting children's transitions

The importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

The importance of supporting your team's personal and professional development

The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children


Qualifications & Training:

Minimum SVQ Level 3 for Early Years Practitioners


Experience:

Minimum 2 years childcare experience with previous supervisory experience a real advantage


Knowledge:

Pre-Birth to Three

Realising the Ambition & HGIOELC
Planning, observations & assessment

Critical Thinking & Creativity

Environment as Third Teacher

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,260.00-£23,750.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow, G41 3RJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
