About the role
As a Digital Consultant, you will design engaging digital customer experiences, which deliver against our purpose and strategic aims. Through collaboration you will optimise the value of our digital estate and support the requirements of UK Life verticals. You will play a key role in the Group's shift to be more data driven and digitally nimble.

This is a 12-Month fixed term contract based in our Edinburgh, London, or Nether Alderley office.


The digital team works with a wide stakeholder network and move at pace supporting various projects across the business as well as BAU.

Key responsibilities Support the requirements of marketing colleagues through the creation of optimised customer experiences across our digital estate. Delivery of the Digital Estate roadmap and change agenda. Manage the day-to-day delivery of web/mobile.

Ensure the digital estate is managed in line with the Group marketing framework and meets Equality Act requirements & accessibility standards.

Ensure the digital estate complies with Brand guidelines. Help drive digital transformation across the business. Participate in group digital and data vision highlighting long term horizon opportunities and translating them into business context.

Criteria
Proven track record of successful implementation and delivery of digital content strategy.
Strong CMS skills, ideally EpiServer and Umbraco
Strong communication skills, resourceful and can identify requirements without direction.
Strong stakeholder management.
Good understanding of web analytics.
Good working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and link building best practices.
