Description
We need to appoint an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to assess property conditions and arrange remedial works to cover for long term sickness.
To work as part of the in house Housing Direct Works Team to assess property disrepair (including damp and mould) following tenant reports, to diagnose faults and schedule works.
High levels of customer care are required. References should be provided.
