Job Summary:
To provide back-office support with administrative tasks to help manage the caseloads of the ETE Advisors including, but not limited to:
- liaising with probation practitioners to close down or progress inactive referrals
- support the submission and approval of action plans to improve Starts performance (SL2)
Salary range:
Non-London - £19,900 to £21,900
London - £22,200 to £25,600
Essential Job Duties:
- To identify inactive referrals and liaise with the probation practitioner to either progress or close down the referral according to need and developments on the case
- To monitor the submission of action plans by advisors to the probation practitioner and, where necessary, chase approval to allow first intervention appointment to be arranged
- To monitor attendance at initial assessment and, where necessary, chase the submission of action plans to the probation practitioner after 3 working days.
- To monitor second failure to attend initial assessment appointments and liaise with the probation practitioner to either progress or close down the referral, according to need and developments on the case
- To speak to people on probation to arrange further appointments as required
- To add advisors' Initial Assessment availability to the Adapt calendars where required
- To monitor the shared ETE Mailbox and deal with any queries
- To record all activity according to agreed SoPs on both R&M and Adapt systems in a timely and accurate manner
- To carry out any additional ad hoc tasks that may arise, following instructions from the ETE Operations Manager or Team Leader.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Good communicator both spoken and written in a clear, courteous and professional manner for liaising with both probation practitioners and the ETE team
- Attention to detail in relation to office administration duties and ability to work in a methodical and thorough way
- Able to follow instructions carefully and check for understanding when necessary
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks according to volume, urgency or value to contract
- Able to deliver work to agreed volumes and levels and be selfmotivated
