Teaching Assistant - Brighton - Maternity Cover

Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a fantastic, forward-thinking secondary school in Brighton. You would be working with Key Stage 3 and 4.

You will support the team in providing an opportunity for these young people to re-engage and enjoy the core curriculum, as well as other activities.

Pay = £75 per day:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 3:30. Term time only. Maternity cover to start ASAP, end date not confirmed.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one (we can help you to obtain one before your start date)
Able to adapt to the different needs of each student
Confident working with young people
Experience working with young people (desired)

Responsibilities

Support class teacher
Support the pupils
Understand individual needs & adapt approach
Manage behaviour
Inspire & have fun with infants and juniors
