Commercial Technology Senior Associate - Cambridge

Top legal 100 ranked practice based in Central Cambridge actively seeking to recruit for a Commercial Technology Senior Associate. The firm operates a flexible working policy which enables you to flex between home and office working.


You should have experience of working on a broad range of technology matters, particularly SaaS & Cloud solutions with strong experience of directly reviewing, advising and negotiating commercial technology agreements such as software licences and re-selleragreements.

Given the nature of the work, knowledge of data protection would be advantageous.

Applicants will be self-starters, motivated and able to build relationships with clients and counter parties. You would be expected to help develop and supervise junior members of the team and lead transactions autonomously. You will be enthusiastic andwilling to contribute to developing and growing the practice and department.

  • UK qualified Solicitor with 5 years plus PQE
  • Experience in within experience of working on a broad range of commercial technology matters
  • Ideally have exposure within data protection and GDPR matters
  • Be a selfstarter, motivated and able to build relationships
  • Ideally have supervision or management experience
Salary at £70, £100,00.00 per annum plus excellent benefits. Hybrid working within a minimum one day a week in the office.
