Location:
Multiple locations on offer

Salary:
up to £80,000 + bonus

Passionate about using data to drive business decisions? A highly skilled and experienced data scientist? Looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career within personal lines insurance?
Some of the key things you'll be responsible for:

Analysing large datasets to identify trends and patterns
Develop and implement predictive models using ML, DL, and NLP techniques
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide datadriven insights and recommendations.
Be a key point of contact for the wider business (especially the pricing team) for anything data science related.
Work with data engineers to ensure that data is properly prepared and stored for analysis
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of data science and personal lines, and share your knowledge with the team
Train and mentor junior members to help further their development and the success of the team
