Responsibilities:


  • Craft and update job descriptions, ensuring hiring activity takes place in line with agreed company processes.
  • Arrange interviews as required and coordinate righttowork checks to ensure they are completed.
  • Ensure recruitment systems, channels, and tracking activities are up to date and maintained accurately.
  • Maintain employee records including, updating the HR/Payroll system with new starters, changes, and dealing with any queries arising.
  • Provide advice on and carry out HR employee lifecycle administration including sending out change of details/contract changes.
  • Support the wider HR team on projects and initiatives as required.
  • Adding new colleagues to the LMS (Learning Management System) and ensuring relevant enrolments based on position.
  • Endtoend administrative duties for the induction of new colleagues including, performing new starter orientations, coordinating induction plans where required, liaising with line management, maintenance of the induction and probationary review tracker, and reporting on noncompliance where appropriate.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience using systems including HR/Payroll software, Applicant Tracking, CV Sourcing Databases and Learning Management Software.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead processes through to completion.
  • A great team player with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Be able to demonstrate substantial experience in a similar role or demonstrate the right practical/transferrable skills.
