About the Team


Responsibilities:


  • Build and lead the regional payroll team, including setting directions and goals, driving accountability as well as hiring and employee development.
  • Oversee timely execution of payroll deliverables, payments and statutory reporting for various countries' entities in Europe, while ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation in local countries.
  • Facilitate and lead any payroll system implementations as necessary in partnership with our technology teams; facilitate and lead any process optimisation as necessary in partnership with stakeholders, working towards higher payroll standards.
  • Manage assigned projects and provide guidance/ leadership from a functional perspective.

Qualifications:


  • A proven track record of multicountry payroll management in Europe with 5+ years of experience being a plus.
  • Solid people management experience with good leadership and influencing abilities, especially strong business partnering skills and HR acumen; excellent skillsets in problemsolving, critical thinking, coaching, and project management involving key stakeholders and advisors.
  • Good at process optimisation and digitalisation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to facilitate and manage changes.
