As a Senior Mechanical & Electrical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success by accurately estimating costs for various mechanical and electrical aspects of commercial projects.

Senior Mechanical & Electrical Estimator
Your expertise in Building Services will be critical in analysing project requirements, interpreting technical specifications, and preparing comprehensive estimates

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation Excellence:

Utilise your indepth knowledge of Building Services to produce detailed and precise estimates for mechanical and electrical components of commercial projects.
Collaborative Approach:

Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to understand project scope and technical requirements, ensuring accurate estimations aligned with project objectives.

Cost Analysis:

Conduct thorough cost analysis, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors to provide competitive and costeffective estimates.
Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit wellstructured bids, proposals, and tender documents, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry trends, market rates, and emerging technologies to enhance estimation accuracy and keep the company competitive.

Requirements:

Building Services Experience:
Proven experience as an Estimator with a focus on Mechanical & Electrical aspects within commercial projects is essential.

Technical Proficiency:

A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, regulations, and best practices.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to interpret technical data and produce accurate estimates.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within the team and liaise effectively with clients.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in estimations and bid preparations.

Salary:
£300.00-£350.00 per day
