Exciting new Credit Control vacancy in Leeds

About Our Client:

The main responsibilities will include:

Review and manage customer accounts under company policy and procedure
Working alongside customers to manage payment plans and settle payments
Work alongside solicitors to help manage legal proceedings, drafting legal documentation and attend court hearing where needed
Manage companies who have gone into liquidation, reviewing these claims and proof of debts
Conduct credit risks checks on active customers to mitigate risk
Work alongside warrant officers/ MOP to manage the isolation diary
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, consumer credit, data protection are all met
Support wider credit team where needed
Monday to Friday minute dinner)

The Successful Applicant:

Strong problem solving skills
Held a similar role previously
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Strong organisation and time management skills
