Key Responsibilities and tasks:


  • Assisting with posttest administration (including entering results data, coordinating the return and storage of answer sheets, securely disposing of papers, scanning of exam 8 materials, preparing certificates) Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to computerbased exams (training will be provided).
  • Supporting the Exams Operation Manager with any changes of software used for the administration of exams.
  • Fulfilling the role of Test Day Supervisor/ Invigilator on exam days (Wednesdays and Saturdays) as per requirement.
  • Assist in training new invigilation staff.
  • Attend a minimum of two Saturday test days per month. Be flexible as per operational requirement.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • An undergraduate degree is essential.
  • Experience of managing groups of international students.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding of children and best practices.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, multitasking and able to prioritise.
  • Results and customer oriented with strong commercial mindset.
  • A team player and able to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of people.
  • Committed to continuous improvement through being outward looking and reflective.
