BDS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well known crime reduction charity who are looking for an experienced Interventions Officers to work with older adults who are coming up for release from incarceration based in Warrington.

Purpose of the job

To work with inmates both in terms of practical skills such as budgeting and meal planning and in terms of wellbeing, helping them to prepare for release.

You will be supporting with the aim of achieving successful move-on and other measurable outcomes.

You will have experience of working around prisons, probation (Probation Support Officer/Programme Facilitator/Support Worker level), experience working with people in one to one and group settings.

The role is part-time, working every Tuesday or Thursday for 12 weeks (08:30 - 16:30)

Pay is £18PAYE per hour.

This is a 12 week contract to start ASAP.
