William Martin Compliance are a consultancy business, part of the larger Marlowe PLC. We specialise in bespoke property related Health and Safety risk management solutions across all business sectors within the UK. Due to further growth, we are looking foran experienced Xamarin Forms developer to help continue our success.


About the Role


Our ideal Developer will have demonstratable experience in a similar role, preferably with five or more years working within a Development Team.

Ideally, we'd also like our Developer to be confident in their abilities, with solid problem-solving skills whichempower them to see tasks through to completion.

An interest in.
NET MAUI is also a must This role provides ample opportunity to communicate across all levels of the business, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are key to really thrivingwithin this role


As a Software Developer with Xamarin Forms, you will:

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Produce mockups and documentation
  • Develop new crossplatform custom controls
  • Deliver fully tested software solutions into production to agreed timescales
  • Contribute to planning phases of development lifecycle
  • Conduct peer code reviews
  • Provide some infrequent outofhours support when necessary with publishes/releases

Our ideal Developer will be confident using:

  • C#
  • Cross platform development (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • RESTful,.NET APIs
  • Unit tests

This is a Permanent contract, paying £45,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on experience) as well as an additional 2% performance related bonus.
