Description

Aids and Adaptations Administrator

Broad Oak Group are a family run business with turnover circa £ 18 million, we work with several Local authorities fitting Level access showers, kitchens and bathrooms and several governments backed schemes to reduce carbon emissions in privately owned and rented houses in the Midlands and the Northwest.

This is a fast-growing sector with the World's attention on Climate change and global warming, and funding is secured until 2026 and will continue well beyond then to stand a chance of meeting the ambitious carbon reduction targets set by the UK government.

All energy saving / carbon reduction installs (measures) start with the fabric of the building, Broad Oak install internal and external wall insulation, Loft, Cavity, Room in Roof and Underfloor insulation, draft proofing, and renewable heating (air source and ground source) and solar PV.

Due to the nature of the works, it makes perfect sense to fit level access showers and upgrade Kitchens and bathrooms at the same time, although some of the works do not require insulation installs.
