This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced administrator to support the delivery of the University Apprenticeships strategy.- About this role- Based at the Chichester Campus the role holder will work closely with the University's Director of Quality and Standards, the cross-institutional lead for apprenticeships and the apprenticeships team to provide high level support, co-ordination and compliance with both the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) contract, and with Ofsted.- They will contribute to the development of positive working relationships which promote, embed and ensure a compliance culture with external and internal processes, regulations and legislation.

They will assist in proactively identifying key risk areas or gaps in compliance and mitigating actions to address these in consultation with the Director of Quality and Standards as appropriate.- About you- To be successful in this role it is essential that you have strong planning, organisational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work pro-actively and independently with minimum day to day input from the line manager, dealing with complex problems.- We are looking for someone who will work positively, flexibly, effectively and pro-actively within a busy team and with colleagues at all levels across the University and external parties.- About the team and us- You will work within the team to strengthen the distinctiveness of the University's student experience as high-quality, personalised, accessible and aspirational.- We are a University that prides itself on our sense of community, including an excellent staff experience.
