Description

We are working closely with one of our valued, Cardiff based clients on an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor, on a full-time and permanent basis.

Our client offers a supportive working environment, lots of training and development opportunities and a favourable salary offering up to £25,000 per annum.

You will be joining the busy, tight knit team, supporting the department with day-to-day duties such as:

Advertising vacancies
Attending Careers Fairs
Liaising with Recruitment Agencies
Managing Recruitment Inbox
Arrange site visits
Arranging Interviews, invite letters, interview packs
Issuing Offer Letters
Arranging start dates
Arranging Occupational Health Appointments
Arranging meetings with relevant individuals to discuss any concerns around occupational health and/or DBS
Issuing Contracts of Employments and Terms and Conditions of Employment Letters
Booking individuals on to the Induction Programme
Liaising with the Training Department

Our client is looking for this individual that is hands on and comfortable taking on a high-volume workload. Ideally you will have gained recruitment experience during your career and understand end to end recruitment and onboarding processes.
