Chessington, Surrey (Office based)

£35,000 - £40,000


As an experienced Customer Service Manager who is passionate about leading and supporting a team you will be joining a successful business in the heart of Chessington, Surrey as the new Customer Excellence Manager you will be a an integral part of the growthand success of the Customer Service and Sales team.


Overview of the role:

  • Manage the daily activities of the Customer Service Office, taking responsibility for the delivery of industry leading customer services
  • Manage and continuously improve the customer service office through a multiskilled team of individuals.
  • Responsible for creating a productive work environment and the performance measures/outcomes of the team which includes their coaching and development.
  • Support a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes, ensure the team are well motivated and clear in their objectives.
  • Adopt a culture of customer service, personal responsibility, and innovation to enable the ongoing success and development of the company.

Responsibilities:


Supervisor/Team Leader - Set and implement standards and procedures aimed at using a small team to act as the primary point of contact for our customer base, setting relevant objectives and supporting the development of the team.


What can you bring to the role:

  • A proven track record of people management in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff
  • Experience of planning and allocation of resources.
  • A breadth of knowledge around different I,t and processing systems
  • A proven track record in customer service
  • Some experience and skill in formal training and presentation
  • Experience in order processing
