I am currently supporting an incredibly successful organisation to source a HR Lead.

You will be working closely with the executive stakeholder and management teams to provide a first class service to a company going through an exciting period of growth.

Complex and high volume ER case management
Employee Welfare
Full Employee Lifecycle
Leading on projects - including disciplinary, grievance and absence management
Working with different stakeholder groups
Responsible for carrying out redundancy consultations
Handle interviews and undertake succession planning
