Description

Oversee and coordinate daily operations in a meat production facility, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to optimise efficiency and meet production targets.
Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP standards, to guarantee the production of safe and highquality meat products.
Plan and organise production schedules, allocating resources and adjusting manpower as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and production lines to identify and address potential issues promptly, minimising downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure proper functioning of equipment and uphold product quality standards.
Manage inventory levels, track raw material usage, and coordinate with procurement to maintain an adequate supply of materials for uninterrupted production.
Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
Prepare and analyse production reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall performance.
