Senior Relationship Manager - Fractional / part time

We have a client looking for a senior/experienced business development manager/relationship manager who is open to working on a fractional/part time/freelance basis.

We are looking to connect with interesting people in this space.

This is not a commission only role or anything like similar, it is a genuine opportunity, paid by the hour, for someone who has a background and interest in relationship management.

The work would likely suit anyone that has a background in relationship management, account management, business development, sales or similar.

This role is about building relationships with more of the right kind of clients in UK, wider EMEA or the US.

Thoughwe expect the bulk will be UK based.

Work will be largely on the phone or zoom and will involve some written communication and optional in person meetings.

You would have the full support of administrative teams so the admin involvement should be relatively light.

We have most of the team in place but just require the person/people who enjoy the relationship management side of things.

We are looking for people that see the value in building true, deep relationships. Someone that is an authentic, warm and genuine person, who understands the importance of trust in relationships.

Experience managing enterprise clients or high end relationships would be most suitable, as you will need to be confident in speaking to senior people within blue chip companies/corporate environments, though we're open minded about who applies and interestedmore in who will make an impact than who has the experience.


The client we're hiring for is a software consultancy who are working with several tier 1 investment banks and other high end fintech organisations.

They have rapidly grown from 0 to a team of over 200 people in the last few years and are now looking tocontinue their growth by securing new clients.
