Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner for the Children's Court Team.You will need to be:
- SWE registered
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Carry a workload requiring exemplary practice in situations of high complexity, exercising a degree of autonomy.
- To provide support to the Team Manager and other social workers in the team to ensure the Council delivers high quality practice and complies with legislation, regulations and Social Care standards.
- To coach, mentor, support and/or supervise less experienced members in the team.

- The Court Team works with a small number of children and families where there are court proceedings required or underway and there is a strong emphasis on achieving timely outcomes which ensure secure, stable futures for Bromley's children.
- The Court Team is made up of experienced social work practitioners who have a common commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for children looked after.
- Bromley's commitment is to reduce court times and to build on our good practice in care proceedings.
