An exciting opportunity has arisen for Care Navigators to join a new service in the Virtual Ward team working 18 hours per week.


Virtual wards are a national initiative and defined as A Virtual ward is a safe and efficient alternative to NHS bedded care which is enabled by technology NHS England and NHS Improvement.


Nottinghamshire Integrated care system, aim to deliver this through a Nottinghamshire wide provider collaborative, incorporating Sherwood Forest Hospitals, Nottingham University Hospitals, Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospital, Nottinghamshire Healthcare and City Care to deliver an ambition of beds across the Nottinghamshire by Dec 2023.
